Strategy Manager / Senior Manager – Real Estate (UAE)

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking a Strategy Manager / Senior Manager to join its Real Estate practice in Dubai. The role will support sovereign wealth funds and leading developers across the real‑estate lifecycle, delivering strategic roadmaps, feasibility studies and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables, working closely with Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism clients.
• Develop and execute long‑term strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept ideation, highest‑and‑best‑use analysis and destination strategies.
• Lead valuation, transaction due diligence, business transformation and greenfield project work throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in real‑estate strategy, consulting, private equity or development, with exposure to commercial, hospitality or tourism assets.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university; CFA, CAIA or RICS qualification is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and ability to manage fast‑paced engagements, with willingness to travel across the MENA region.
