Structural Inspector – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Inspector to join our on‑site team in Dubai. You will ensure the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through thorough inspections and detailed evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections of structural elements across building projects in Dubai.
• Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approved plans.
• Identify structural defects, safety hazards, and non‑compliant work.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate data records.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions when needed.
• Stay updated on local codes, international standards, and industry best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in structural inspection.
• Previous experience with tower structures is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Dubai building codes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
