About the role

Abu Dhabi University is looking for a dynamic Student Recruiter to join the Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department. This full‑time administrative position focuses on attracting and engaging prospective students to help meet enrollment targets and enhance campus diversity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted recruitment programs to increase student interest and enrollment.
• Provide personalized support and guidance to prospective applicants throughout the admissions process.
• Conduct outreach activities, including campus visits, virtual events, and community engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, schools, and partner organizations.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment to align recruitment efforts with university goals.
