Studio Assistant Trainee – Luxury E‑Commerce Creative Studio

About the role

Join the Level Shoes E‑Commerce Creative Studio at Chalhoub Group as a Studio Assistant Trainee. You will support the end‑to‑end process of bringing luxury products to life online, working closely with photographers, stylists, production and stock teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist photographers, stylists, production and stock teams to ensure smooth daily studio operations.
• Coordinate the movement of products across styling, photography and copy sets.
• Organise and prepare products before and after shoots for tabletop and model sets.
• Support sample call‑ins, product returns and stock movements, resolving product‑related issues.
• Communicate with model agencies, source suitable models, coordinate availability and confirm bookings.
• Help manage daily shoot schedules, monitor production progress and flag potential delays or operational risks.
• Conduct studio site walks and identify image quality issues.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication abilities to interact with internal teams and external agencies.
