About the role

W Hotels is seeking a Stylist to join its Guest Environment team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a memorable and pristine experience for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public spaces to the brand’s standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver requested items.
• Stock and replenish housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a professional uniform, appearance and communication at all times.

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle items up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality and brand standards.
