About the role
Penspen is seeking an experienced Supervisor for Construction Operations to lead daily site activities in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on aligning construction execution with project timelines, safety codes, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Direct daily site activities.
- Ensure construction execution matches project schedules.
- Maintain compliance with safety codes and quality standards.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Construction Supervisor‑Operation on oil and gas EPC projects.
- ADNOC approval is an added advantage.
