Supervisor – Merchandising, Promotions & Activations

About the role

Active Line Marketing is looking for a Supervisor to lead its merchandising, promotions and activation activities across retail locations in Dubai. The role involves directing field staff, ensuring visual standards, and driving successful brand activation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities for field teams handling merchandising, sampling and promotional campaigns.
• Enforce visual merchandising guidelines to maximise brand visibility and correct product placement.
• Coordinate execution of promotional events, product launches and experiential activation activities.
• Track team productivity against campaign KPIs and operational targets.
• Consolidate campaign data, monitor field execution progress and deliver performance summaries to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing brand activation or merchandising teams within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of retail execution standards, promotional mechanics, inventory placement strategies and field performance metrics.
