Supervisor, Operations Services (P&A)

About the role

The Supervisor, Operations Services (P&A) coordinates and oversees activities across plant clusters, Remote Degassing Stations (RDS), Remote Manifold Stations (RMS) and Compression Stations (CS). The role ensures the effective implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective and major shutdown maintenance programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise predictive, preventive and corrective field activities for oil/gas production, water/CO₂ injection facilities and related equipment.
• Coordinate hand‑over and take‑over of well locations with the drilling department and manage rig routing.
• Control assigned personnel to maintain a safe and efficient operating environment.
• Monitor material and stock items to guarantee timely inspection and delivery of operational inventory.
• Check and verify the quality of maintenance performed on well heads and other asset equipment.
• Ensure compliance with operational and injection requirements while achieving optimal production and planned shutdowns.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in the oil and gas industry.
