Supervisor Service Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor Service Delivery to join our Supply Chain Division (Robinson Managed Services) in Dubai. The role leads execution of service delivery strategy for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring SLA compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consistent execution of service delivery requirements, leveraging operations dashboards and analytics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and coach a high‑performing team, providing feedback, performance monitoring and development plans.
• Act as the primary operational contact for key customers, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to standardise best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or customer‑facing service roles.
• Experience mentoring or coaching small project teams and ability to travel up to 7.5% internationally.
