About the role
The Supply Chain Administrator will support the Emiratization initiative by managing supplier data, item creation and price updates within the Movex ERP system. Working with limited supervision, you will ensure accurate data entry, cost validation and compliance with internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Create and supersede items in Movex.
- Execute bi‑annual and annual parts price updates.
- Validate monthly costs and default supplier setups.
- Onboard new suppliers and maintain supplier minimum order quantities.
- Review and approve low‑value items (under $100) to ensure correct markup.
- Prepare vendor payment documentation and liaise with accounts payable.
- Compile statistical reports, conduct research and respond to internal/external inquiries.
- Participate in departmental improvement projects and act as an informal resource for junior staff.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative or supply‑chain support role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, planning and customer‑focus skills.
