Retail Store Planner (Mall of the Emirates)

About the role

The Retail Store Planner ensures the right products are available at the right time in the Mall of the Emirates store, supporting sales targets and customer service. Reporting to the Store Director, the role bridges the store team, logistics, and merchandising to optimise stock flow and replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock quality and month‑cover, analysing key selling items by SKU, model and category.
• Define and adjust replenishment plans, implementing KPIs such as MOS, sell‑through, and stock ageing.
• Coordinate weekly with the in‑store sales floor manager to align product offers and promote slow‑moving items.
• Manage in‑store storage capacity, organising front, back and remote stockrooms according to product strategy.
• Set and maintain min/max inventory levels in CEGID/COCKPIT, reviewing them regularly.
• Adapt product calls for special events, peak seasons and new product launches.
• Communicate priorities and needs with the local logistics team, LDC and central warehouse.
• Collaborate with retail merchandising and planning teams to flag shortages and request stock rebalancing.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude in identifying stock issues and proposing solutions.
• Experience in retail stock management or replenishment planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CEGID/COCKPIT inventory management system.
