Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support global logistics operations from Dubai, coordinating international freight movements and ensuring visibility across shipments from Asia to key markets such as the US, Canada and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments from Asia to global markets.
• Book air and sea freight and manage logistics partners.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Provide daily reporting on shipment status and visibility across goods in transit, under clearance and delivered.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and demand planners.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination.
• Hands‑on experience managing international shipments and freight forwarding processes.
• Familiarity with customs documentation.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to identify delays early.
• Immediately available or short notice period preferred.
