Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will manage end‑to‑end inbound fulfilment for Kreol Travel Retail’s distribution business. Based on‑site at Dubai Investments Park 2, the role ensures accurate forecasting, efficient freight management, timely order processing, and optimal inventory health while coordinating closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, finance, and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound supply chain operations for assigned vendors, leading forward forecasting and demand planning.
• Own order placement, shipment scheduling, and documentation flow, ensuring suppliers meet lead times, MOQ, shelf‑life, and contractual terms.
• Negotiate freight rates across air, sea, and road, maintain contracts and rate cards, and optimise the most efficient route‑to‑market for each shipment.
• Maintain a central tracker of supplier agreements and rebate structures, communicate deductions to Finance, and support audit requirements.
• Monitor daily inventory levels, track stock ageing, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory health.

Required profile

• Strong coordination skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, finance, and warehouse teams.
• Experience in end‑to‑end inbound supply chain operations, demand forecasting and freight negotiation.
• Ability to ensure compliance with supplier agreements and manage financial reconciliations.
• Analytical mindset for inventory monitoring and corrective action planning.
