Supply Chain & Operations Consultant – Emiratization (UAE)

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Consultant to join its UAE practice, focusing on Emiratization and talent development. The role combines business development and service delivery for strategic transformation projects across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver supply chain and operations transformation projects for key accounts in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Logistics and Industrial.
• Conduct performance analyses and develop improvement recommendations for clients.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and detailed deliverable documentation.
• Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client outreach.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams to implement sourcing, procurement, operational excellence, smart services, capital projects and manufacturing solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, sourcing & procurement, and operations.
• Advanced analytical capabilities.
• Experience working in top‑tier consulting firms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
