Supply Chain Planner – Consumer Goods

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner (Consumer) will own the end‑to‑end supply planning process for our consumer portfolio. Working closely with Demand Planning, Warehouse, Finance and external partners, you will ensure that stock levels are accurate, replenishments are on time, and supply aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock orders and coordinate replenishment schedules with principals, ensuring timely delivery and proper ERP updates.
• Handle shortages, damages and claims by liaising with the warehouse and principals to secure reimbursements.
• Process purchase orders with required approvals and monitor supplier delivery compliance against sales forecasts.
• Drive stock liquidation and inventory optimisation by identifying near‑expiry, damaged or slow‑moving items.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies across WMS, Oracle and physical counts, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the Demand Planner to validate forecasts and coordinate co‑packing activities with warehouse and brand teams.
• Apply problem‑solving techniques to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in end‑to‑end supply chain functions, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.
