Supply Chain Planner – Growth Emerging Markets

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support growth in emerging markets. The role focuses on planning, forecasting and inventory management across a wide geographic area, ensuring service levels and KPI targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process with local, regional and divisional partners, including finance and supply chain teams.
• Coordinate product forecasting, including new-product introductions and national tender requirements.
• Conduct integration and reconciliation meetings to close gaps against the financial plan.
• Maintain ERP and advanced planning system data, perform data cleansing, manage statistical models and master data.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies and annual projections, monitoring balance-sheet impact.
• Track KPI performance such as forecast accuracy, bias, backorder, service level and inventory.
• Oversee inventory management for the regional hub in Dubai and Tier-2 distribution centers in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and South Africa.
• Handle daily operations including replenishment, scarce-supply management and availability monitoring.
