Supply Planner – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Supply Planner will design and optimise supply plans to keep inventory balanced and ensure product availability across Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail network. Working closely with demand planners and logistics partners, the role supports the Group’s omnichannel strategy in a fast‑moving, high‑touch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive supply planning and replenishment techniques, communicating results to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners to align stock models with sales forecasts.
• Identify critical supply constraints and propose corrective actions.
• Define and manage KPIs and SLAs with key suppliers.
• Maintain accurate supply‑related data to feed the replenishment system.
• Partner with Group Logistics to optimise transportation and distribution networks.
• Design processes for inventory returns, transfers and stock depletion, adjusting plans as needed.
• Monitor planning KPIs such as In‑Stock Availability (ISA), Days of Inventory (DOI), On‑Time In‑Full (OTIF), gross margin and allocation efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on inventory balance and product availability.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with demand, logistics and supplier teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply constraints.
