Supply Planning Manager – Shoemart

About the role

The Supply Planning Manager for Shoemart will own the end‑to‑end supply planning process across all GCC markets. Reporting to the AGM – Supply Planning, you will translate buying decisions and confirmed purchase orders into structured supply and allocation plans that support the company’s sales strategy and stock‑cover targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans and allocation strategies for all territories and stores, ensuring the right product reaches the right location at the right time.
• Manage stock phasing, seasonal launches and replenishment of core and continuity lines while aligning with open‑to‑buy budgets.
• Collaborate with Territory Retail Heads, Buying, Demand Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance and Warehouse teams to embed market‑specific requirements into supply decisions.
• Conduct regular reviews with retail heads to monitor stock availability, coverage levels and allocation performance.
• Escalate and resolve stock availability issues, coordinating cross‑functional solutions to maintain store operations.
• Translate demand signals into executable distribution plans and act as the bridge between upstream buying and downstream store execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning, allocation or inventory management within a retail or footwear environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret demand data and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior retail heads and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple territories across the GCC and adapt plans to seasonal calendars and local events.
