SVP Platform Finance – Real Assets Global Fund

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global fund to recruit a Senior Vice President for Platform Finance, focusing on Real Assets. The role will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, delivering data‑driven insights on portfolio construction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide objective, data‑driven advice to senior management on portfolio construction and financial performance.
• Partner with deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, leading deal planning, execution support, financial due diligence, analysis, risk assessment, modelling and valuation.
• Deliver corporate finance expertise beyond M&A, including capital structure optimisation and debt financing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, partner organisations, investors and industry professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• Significant experience in a senior leadership role within M&A advisory, investment banking or corporate finance, focusing on complex transactions.
• Deep expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, valuation and legal aspects of transactions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, capital markets and portfolio performance analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills with proven influence on investment teams.
• Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills and sound business judgement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality work.
