Synthetic Flight Instructor (Ground) – Flight Training

About the role

Emirates Flight Training is seeking a Synthetic Flight Instructor (Ground) to deliver high‑quality training on Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and conduct ground‑school sessions in line with GCAA regulations and Emirates standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver type‑rating, recurrent, recency and ground‑school training for pilots.
• Operate Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) to provide realistic synthetic flight experiences.
• Complete and submit detailed assessments and reports through the electronic reporting system.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend remedial training for pilots.
• Provide feedback to training management on instructional methods and safety enhancements.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects, course development and other training initiatives.

Required profile

• Hold or have held a CPL, MPL or ATPL.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an active instructor or examiner.
• At least 1 500 flight hours on a multi‑pilot aeroplane.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) operation.
• Electronic reporting system usage.
