Systems Analyst – Healthcare IT

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to provide advanced L1/L2 application support, enhancement and optimisation of InterSystems TrakCare, focusing on patient administration and revenue‑cycle management within our Dubai hospital network. The role also drives AI‑enabled automation initiatives across registration, billing and finance integration.

Key responsibilities

• Execute application testing, defect reporting, test reporting and patch roll‑outs, maintaining clear communication with line managers and vendors.
• Manage issue tracking, conduct system implementations, dry‑run simulations and post‑go‑live support.
• Deliver end‑user training on TrakCare and related applications.
• Lead allocated projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Provide L1/L2 support, logging incidents, problems and change requests for the electronic health record system.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to improve departmental efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant IT degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
• ITIL v3 Foundations certification and familiarity with AI tools.
• Minimum 5 years UAE healthcare experience and at least 3 years with InterSystems TrakCare.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents, copilots or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
