Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist

About the role

Maersk is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities in the UAE. You will partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, enhance employer branding and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage job advertising, posting, and applicant screening processes.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate offer and contract generation.
• Support onboarding and internal mobility initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience.
• Ability to work independently within defined guidelines while seeking guidance on complex tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
