Talent Acquisition Executive – Hybrid (Dubai Festival City)

About the role

Al‑Futtaim Health is looking for an ambitious UAE‑national Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team in Dubai Festival City. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical and corporate functions while supporting the group’s Emiratization strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, operations and corporate roles.
• Source and attract talent across multiple healthcare specialties using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Drive Emiratization initiatives by building pipelines of Emirati candidates and supporting talent development.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and recruitment administration.

Required profile

• UAE national with proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with various sourcing platforms.
