HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

Join Dubai Holding Entertainment as an HR Business Partner Manager, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and shaping people strategies that drive workforce capability, engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategies, workforce priorities and Human Capital initiatives with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning to build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Lead talent reviews, development initiatives and coordinate targeted training programmes.
• Oversee the performance management cycle, guiding managers through goal setting, feedback and development planning.
• Drive employee engagement through surveys, feedback tools and action planning.
• Advise on people implications during business transformation, change communications and employee engagement.
• Provide confidential guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with policies and labour legislation.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and translate insights into practical recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s/MBA advantageous.
• 8‑10 years progressive HR experience, including 3‑5 years in business partnering or HR leadership.
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, organisational development, talent and performance management.
• Experience managing organisational change and transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
