Talent Acquisition Intern – Unpaid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join ITP Media Group’s People team in Dubai. This unpaid, full‑time internship provides a hands‑on introduction to recruitment and employer branding within a fast‑paced media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and internal databases.
• Conduct initial CV reviews and telephone pre‑screens to evaluate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview packs and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and update candidate statuses.
• Prepare offer letters, manage background‑check requests and support onboarding paperwork.
• Help create and post job adverts and career‑related content on social platforms.
• Support basic recruitment reporting and metrics tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and ad‑hoc HR projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Professional, friendly and discreet with confidential information.
• Team player who can take initiative.
