Join Wonderful as the first Talent Acquisition hire in the Dubai region, leading end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to accelerate growth, build creative sourcing strategies, and elevate the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for diverse functions, with a primary focus on tech roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to address hiring challenges and meet ambitious growth targets.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Drive a fast, high‑quality hiring process while continuously improving candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market insights to refine hiring outcomes and scale recruiting operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and bias toward action.
• Proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, especially technical roles.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Enthusiasm for establishing and scaling the company’s presence in a new market.
• Fluency in the local language.
