Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

Air Q Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities across the organisation. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, managing high‑volume hiring campaigns and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from requisition to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding handover.
• Write and post job advertisements on LinkedIn, job portals and agency networks.
• Source candidates proactively using databases, referrals, headhunting and social platforms.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Support offer negotiation and issuance of offer letters in collaboration with HR.
• Lead bulk hiring or mass recruitment drives as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring prioritisation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, workforce reports and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Act as primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication.
• Ensure recruitment documentation is audit‑ready and compliant with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• HR or Talent Acquisition certification is a plus.
• Strong exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including high‑volume hiring.
