Talent Acquisition Partner – Emiratisation

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner – Emiratisation will support Standard Chartered’s growth in the MENA region by delivering inclusive, commercially focused hiring outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, HR stakeholders and specialist teams, the role shapes demand, designs targeted sourcing strategies and manages end‑to‑end recruitment for internal, external, local and cross‑border hires, with a strong emphasis on strengthening UAE National talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business and HR stakeholders to understand workforce plans, hiring demand and local talent priorities.
• Translate business strategy into practical resourcing plans that balance speed, quality, cost, internal mobility, market intelligence and Emiratisation outcomes.
• Lead Resourcing Strategy meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria and assessment approach.
• Design and execute inclusive sourcing strategies across internal mobility, direct sourcing, referrals, talent communities, agencies and other approved channels, with targeted plans for UAE National talent.
• Manage each requisition end‑to‑end, ensuring timely shortlists, interview coordination, stakeholder updates, feedback discipline, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Advise hiring managers on role design, selection criteria, market availability and compensation positioning to improve hiring outcomes.
• Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting the Bank’s values and commitment to Emiratisation.
