Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager – Dubai

About the role

AMS is looking for a data‑driven, strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to lead and scale its sourcing function in Dubai. You will head a team of talent sourcers, design proactive pipeline strategies, and partner with senior stakeholders to attract top‑tier passive candidates across hard‑to‑fill technical and executive roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and develop a team of Talent Sourcers, setting performance targets and professional development plans.
• Plan and balance sourcing capacity across business units, prioritising high‑impact requisitions.
• Train the team on advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, AI‑driven discovery tools and competitive intelligence.
• Design and execute strategic talent‑mapping projects to identify talent clusters, competitor structures and passive candidate pools.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition, preferably within oil & gas, energy technology, manufacturing or large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong background recruiting in the Middle East, with knowledge of localisation and nationalisation hiring requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision‑makers at multiple organisational levels.
• Confident presenter who can communicate recruitment strategies, market insights and delivery approaches clearly.
