Talent Acquisition Specialist – Arabic Speaker (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Ventures Middle East is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Arabic and English to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Abu Dhabi operations. The role will focus on sourcing, assessing and hiring technically skilled professionals to support the firm’s consulting and digital solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment life‑cycle from job brief to offer acceptance for the assigned region.
• Source hard‑to‑find technical talent using head‑hunting, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based and behavioral interviews, phone screens and reference checks.
• Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with hiring policies and cultural considerations.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interview techniques.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience conducting phone interviews and reference checks.
