About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions as the first recruitment hire in the UAE region. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to move quickly, solve hiring challenges, and support our ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on technology positions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
• Drive a fast, high‑quality hiring process while continuously improving candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market insights to refine hiring outcomes and scale recruiting operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and bias toward action.
• Proven success hiring across multiple functions, especially tech roles.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in the local language and enthusiasm for establishing the company’s presence in a new market.
