Talent Acquisition Specialist – Group Companies

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and headhunting for our group of companies. The role will work closely with the Group Managing Director and business unit heads to attract top talent across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding handover.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, job portals, agencies and direct headhunting.
• Conduct market mapping, build talent pipelines and maintain an active pool of candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Screen CVs, conduct first‑round interviews, shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and sourcing advice to stakeholders.
• Lead offer negotiations, ensure a positive candidate experience and hand over information for onboarding and visa processing.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and support hiring for new showrooms, cafés, supermarkets, manufacturing sites and other expansions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and an established professional network.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and headhunting across retail, luxury, F&B, hospitality, manufacturing and related sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact directly with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Experience with candidate screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
