Talent Acquisition Specialist – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are a fast‑growing multi‑business organization seeking an energetic In‑House Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across Real Estate, Banking and Corporate Services. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of roles, supporting our rapid expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for 10–15 hires per month across sales, consulting, accounting, operations, compliance and real‑estate functions, including senior and C‑level positions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events and referrals to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, assessing skills, experience, cultural fit and business alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, set hiring priorities and align recruitment strategies with growth objectives.
• Represent the company to candidates, ensuring a high‑quality experience and reinforcing employer branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and best practices to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3+ years of in‑house or agency recruitment experience, preferably in professional services, real estate, finance or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship‑building capabilities with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
• Exceptional organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple roles under tight deadlines.
• Negotiation expertise to align candidate expectations with business needs.
• Thrives in high‑pressure, fast‑growth settings and enjoys scaling teams across diverse business lines.
