About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening top talent to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business goals and champion a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a dynamic talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and resume screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Conduct thorough assessments, reference checks and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing and social media campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Ability to use data‑driven insights to optimise hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
