Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

One Investments, a fast‑growing real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for property consultants, brokers and support staff. The role focuses on sourcing top talent in the competitive UAE real‑estate market and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract real‑estate talent via LinkedIn, job portals, networking and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of property consultants, brokers and support professionals.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience within Dubai real‑estate.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Currently based in Dubai.
