Talent Management Consultant – In‑House Role

About the role

Lead talent transformation programmes within a large organisation in Abu Dhabi. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the talent management strategy, frameworks and roadmap.
• Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, calibration and annual reviews.
• Drive talent review and succession planning programmes for critical roles.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and oversee learning and development initiatives.
• Design and implement career development and internal mobility frameworks.
• Create talent analytics, reporting and workforce‑insight dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure governance, change management and programme adoption.

Required profile

• Native or business‑fluent Arabic speaker.
• 6+ years of HR experience, with 3‑5+ years focused on talent management, performance management or learning & development.
• Proven experience in performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and career development.
• Strong understanding of UAE public‑sector HR frameworks and Emiratisation initiatives.
• Experience using Oracle HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor’s degree and a professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent).
