About the role

We are partnering with a leading international private wealth platform to recruit a Tax & Legal Associate for its Dubai office. This client‑facing position focuses on delivering complex cross‑border wealth planning solutions for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multi‑jurisdictional tax research and structuring analysis.
• Support client‑facing teams with technical tax and wealth‑planning queries.
• Participate in client and partner discussions and presentations.
• Deliver training sessions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market insights.
• Support the development of practical, client‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in tax, legal, private banking, or trust structures.
• Strong grounding in tax and wealth‑structuring concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
