Tax & Legal BrightStar Program – Part‑Time (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Deloitte’s BrightStar program offers UAE nationals in their final year of university a part‑time opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across its Tax & Legal service lines. Participants will rotate through Business Tax, International Tax, Global Employer Solutions, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax and Business Process Solutions, developing a broad understanding of the tax landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants on tax compliance and advisory projects for diverse clients.
• Support data collection, analysis and preparation of tax documentation.
• Contribute to research on emerging tax regulations and their impact on client businesses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative solutions to tax‑related challenges.
• Participate in client meetings and present findings under supervision.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student pursuing a degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English candidates are preferred.
