Team Lead – Food & Beverage at Amara Lounge, Marina Gate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Lead to oversee operations at Amara Lounge, located in Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, Dubai. The role combines operational management, sales support and team development to ensure the highest standards of service and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational, organisational and administrative activities within the Food & Beverage department, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah standards and policies.
• Support the creation and execution of annual business and sales plans, monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Assist in launching sales initiatives, marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive revenue and enhance guest engagement.
• Track market trends, guest preferences and competitor activity to propose service enhancements.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, managing performance and providing ongoing feedback.
• Plan staffing levels, create shift schedules and ensure the team is prepared to meet operational and guest‑service requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong operational knowledge of restaurant lounge, bar and banquet settings.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement actions.
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
