Bartender – Premium Hospitality

About the role

The Bartender will create a sophisticated beverage experience for guests at a five‑star hotel bar, delivering personalized service with creativity and precision. This role demands extensive knowledge of drinks, strong guest interaction, and adherence to luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non‑alcoholic drinks following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage guests with tailored beverage recommendations and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Set up the bar before service, ensuring mise‑en‑place, glassware, garnishes and stock are ready.
• Monitor consumption, enforce responsible alcohol service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Process orders and payments accurately via the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and visual standards of the bar area throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory control, stock rotation and reporting of shortages or damages.

Required profile

• High school diploma; hospitality or bartending diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort or upscale bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers and preparation techniques.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service, food safety and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
