Team Lead – Restaurant Floor (Future Opening)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to join the upcoming La Petite Maison beachfront restaurant in Dubai. As the heartbeat of the floor, you will set the pace, lead by example and ensure every guest experiences the signature LPM hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead your section, supporting and coaching waitstaff throughout service.
• Deliver warm, precise and generous service to guests, maintaining the LPM standard.
• Keep service flowing smoothly during peak periods.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and share it passionately with guests.
• Oversee setup, stock levels and cleanliness of the service area.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a premium restaurant setting.
• Previous experience leading or supporting a team.
• Natural host with a warm and confident demeanor.
• Calm under pressure during busy periods.
• Fluent English communication skills.
