Team Lead Sales Operations

About the role

Join Ingram Micro’s Sales Operations team in Dubai as a Team Lead, driving seamless order management and delivering exceptional customer service across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and validate sales orders in One Shop, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales teams to obtain missing data and resolve order issues.
• Work closely with credit control to manage releases and address related queries.
• Monitor order status throughout the lifecycle and communicate lead‑times to sales.
• Oversee logistics coordination, including dispatch and full logistics tracking.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in supply chain or sales operations.
• Proven people‑management experience.
• Motivated, positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of the IT industry and ability to learn technical information.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
