Team Leader Consumer Community Field Sales

About the role

SamaSYNERGY is looking for an experienced field sales leader to build and coach a team of 12 community field agents selling e& connectivity products. You will own the team’s rosters, routes and daily activation targets while providing on‑the‑spot coaching to boost productivity and discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage 12 community field agents selling e& eLife, Home Wireless and Postpaid services.
• Own team rosters, daily routes and activation targets; ensure real‑time visibility of numbers and blockers.
• Conduct daily field coaching sessions, activating alongside agents to model best practices.
• Manage community kiosks and activation events, guaranteeing clean sales and active subscriptions.
• Build team cohesion, accountability and a high‑energy culture.
• Report weekly on performance, pipeline and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of field or direct sales experience with at least 2 years supervising 8+ agents.
• Background in telecom D2D, banking DSA or FMCG field sales with a proven ability to scale teams.
• Coach‑mindset focused on lifting rep productivity through daily floor leadership.
• High energy, disciplined and able to run structured daily cadences.
• Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu; additional languages such as Malayalam, Tagalog or Arabic are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
