About the role

JD Logistics is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee daily logistics operations in Dubai. The role involves guiding a team to ensure efficient warehouse management, line‑haul coordination and last‑mile delivery while upholding the company’s technology‑driven standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a cross‑functional logistics team to meet performance targets.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor line‑haul and last‑mile delivery operations to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Implement automation and data‑intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional and global logistics networks to support cross‑border shipments.
