About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive excellent customer service and operational performance for the SKIMS brand in our Abu Dhabi store. You will lead a team of sales associates, oversee merchandising and stock control, and ensure the department meets its targets.

Key responsibilities

Maintain Retail/Brand standards and ensure personal grooming standards are upheld.
Coach, support and role‑model team members, including induction of new starters.
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending products and closing sales.
Resolve customer complaints directly or escalate to the Store Manager.
Monitor stock levels daily, report low stock and minimise loss on the sales floor.
Train staff on department procedures in collaboration with the Store Manager and training department.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including refunds, security and health & safety.

Required profile

High school or “O” Levels education.
2–3 years experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
