Team Leader – Womenswear – Dubai Mall

About the role

The position is a Team Leader for the Womenswear department at a luxury retail store in Dubai Mall. You will manage a sales team, drive commercial results, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and develop a team of sales associates, setting objectives and providing regular feedback.
• Maintain high standards of image, grooming and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Lead the sales strategy, achieve team and individual sales targets, and build lasting client relationships, including VIP development.
• Oversee daily store operations as manager on duty, including stock management, CRM usage and staff scheduling.
• Conduct weekly briefings, daily sales reporting and ensure continuous training on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Monitor market trends, provide buying advice to the store manager and manage specific product categories.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the womenswear luxury fashion sector with strong trend awareness.
• Proven ability to engage high‑net‑worth clients and drive loyalty.
• Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards.
• Adaptability to a diverse, multicultural clientele.
