Team Leader – Workshop Operations

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Workshop Team Leader to drive the planning, execution, and management of maintenance activities within its maritime logistics operations. The role ensures safety compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the preparation, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Lead the workshop team in executing maintenance tasks while adhering to safety standards.
• Review workshop processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in the workshop environment.
• Develop and execute maintenance planning strategies and schedules.
• Oversee inspection and testing of equipment to guarantee quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading workshop or maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
