Team Member – Quick Service Restaurant

About the role

Join STAR SERVICES LLC as a Team Member in a fast‑paced quick service restaurant environment. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards for appearance, personal hygiene and uniform.
• Follow all quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality procedures.
• Execute manager instructions that align with company policies.
• Learn new skills and workstation procedures under manager guidance.
• Operate equipment and tools safely, following proper cash‑control processes.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and resolve them when possible.
• Understand and apply all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a quick service restaurant (minimum 1 month).
• Honest, active, team‑oriented attitude.
• Clean personal habits and professional appearance.
• Hard‑working, self‑driven and willing to relocate within the UAE.
• Minimum education: High school diploma.
• Ability to read and write English.
