Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Support - MENAT

About the role

Join one of the fastest‑growing teams at Amazon Web Services and become the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers across the MENAT region. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will guide customers in adopting AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, Bedrock and many more, helping them achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions that align with customer business goals.
• Provide technical guidance, advocacy, and strategic direction on AWS services.
• Ensure customers’ AWS environments remain healthy, secure, and cost‑optimized.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer within AWS.
• Lead incident reviews, risk assessments, and trade‑off discussions.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to drive adoption and resolve complex technical challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, cloud computing or related fields.
• Strong background in Windows and Linux systems administration.
• Experience with DevOps practices, data analytics, and large‑scale distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
