About the role
This internship offers a hands‑on experience within the After Sales department of a regional office in Dubai. You will work closely with the Technical Service Excellence Manager to understand daily operational activities and support the team in delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Gain insights into the day‑to‑day operations of the After Sales team.
- Support the Technical Service Excellence Manager in coordinating team activities.
- Assist with daily spare‑parts supply and manage claim support processes.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely parts delivery.
